Akeem manages RIOC’s external and internal communications strategies, including media relations, crisis communications, brand management, and digital engagement.
Akeem has served as an advisor and DP communications director in the City of Yonkers and has held senior-level positions working for elected officials in the New York state legislature. He specializes in creating compelling digital campaigns, enhancing brand awareness, and scaling grassroots operations. Akeem is a proven leader and has been recognized for developing innovative strategies to approach public policy conversations meaningfully.
