Andrea Riposati is the CEO & Co-founder of Dante Labs, an enterprise workflow automation software for digital advertising. Dante Labs is obsessed with automating tedious workflows to deliver more marketing ROI and make people more productive. Dante Labs was founded by Krishen Iyer and Andrea Riposati in 2014 when they identified a fundamental problem among their previous employer’s marketing executives: they were drowning in manual reports that brought no value to anyone—not even themselves.
Education
He holds a Master’s in Computer Science & Engineering from the University of California, San Diego.
In 2007, he served as the senior software engineer for the Siemens Digital Business Solutions Group. He was pivotal to Digital Advertising Platforms and Digital Media Publisher and Advertiser solutions. In 2013, his role expanded again to include leadership of the Siemens Digital Business Solutions Group’s Enterprise Web Platforms team in Munich, Germany, where he and his team delivered web platforms for both consumers and enterprises across the globe.
Career path
Before Dante Labs: Riposati was an SEO Manager at Deep Focus, a digital marketing firm in San Francisco. He worked extensively with campaigns and strategies across multiple digital properties and companies. The CIO of Deep Focus was his early mentor while attending graduate school. He also worked as a marketing associate at big-name venture capital firms, including Greylock Partners and Redpoint Ventures.
Awards
Among other awards, Riposati was named a finalist in the Digiday Tech Awards in 2015. He also won the Emerging Leaders award at Google’s Digital Marketing Summit and has received honors among other organizations such as the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity and even the World Economic Forum Young Global Leaders.
