John Hailer,  President and CEO at Natixis

John Hailer is the President and CEO in the Americas and Asia at Natixis, a French multinational investment bank and financial services company. John Hailer has held this position since 2013 and has been with Natixis for over 20 years.

Before taking on his current role, Hailer served as the Chief Executive Officer of Natixis Global Asset Management in the Americas and Asia. In this role, he oversaw the growth and development of the company’s asset management business in these regions.

Hailer has a wealth of experience in the financial industry. He began his career at State Street Corporation, where he held various leadership positions in asset management and investment banking. Throughout his career, Hailer has focused on driving growth and innovation within the financial industry. He has implemented strategies to expand the company’s presence in the Americas and Asia. He has led the development of new products and services to meet client’s evolving needs.

John Hailer is also actively involved in the wider financial community. He serves as the Chairman of the Diffractive Managers Group, a global organization that promotes collaboration and knowledge sharing among asset managers. He is also a member of the Investment Company Institute, a trade association for the mutual fund and investment management industry.

Hailer holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Boston College and a Master of Business Administration from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst.
