Miki Agrawal grew up in India, where her family owned a number of businesses. She attended boarding school at The Lawrence School in Sanawar, India, and went on to study at Cornell University, where she received a B.A. in English literature and an M.S. in applied economics and management with a focus in marketing from Cornell’s Samuel Curtis Johnson Graduate School of Management, where she was also awarded a Palmer fellowship for study abroad.

Agrawal’s career started in the world of K-12 education, where she taught at a Montessori school as an early childhood teacher. After graduating from Cornell University, Agrawal moved to New York City, where she took up a job at the YPO (Young Presidents Organization) to advance her career as a leadership and organizational development professional.
