Yanni Hufnagel is an American entrepreneur and the CEO of Lemon Perfect, a sports drink company based in New York City. His brand has received investment from celebrities such as Beyonce, Jay-Z and Alex Rodriguez. About Yanni Hufnagel
Yanni founded Lemon Perfect in 2012 after his wife was unable to find a sugar-free drink that didn’t contain artificial sweeteners. It was a challenge to create a new category of flavored drinks that were healthy and tasted great.
Innovation
To make Lemon Perfect taste great, Hufnagel used the flavors of citrus instead of artificial sweeteners. He then developed a proprietary extract that allows him to produce the same refreshing taste natural citrus has while also providing vitamin C and other antioxidants. Lemon Perfect is available in five flavors: Peach Mango, Orange Blossom, Cranberry, Blueberry and Diet Lemon.
